Be Prepared to do a LINE BY LINE Comparison of your account registers in a Spreadsheet after importing QIF Data from Quicken for Windows (Completely UNSAT)
(To be fair, I think Quicken for Windows is the culprit as there were anomalies in reports it generated as I hand reconciled the databases against each other which brings me to.) QIF import (that's right, this Intuit product can't read the Intuit developed Quicken for Windows data files) from Quicken for Windows is a NIGHTMARE of database transcription errors. After performing One Step update, one must (that's right) open another window to manage your downloaded transactions (this was supposed to be a ONE STEP Update.) A single user interface with the option to open portions of that interface in seperate windows would have been much better. This program LOVES to generate Windows & Dialogs all over your desktop. The user interface is WAY different than the Windows version of Quicken.
